Levels of Care Available at Legacy Healing Center

By taking a custom-tailored approach to treating drug and alcohol addiction, we can ensure that the unique needs of each individual client are being met.  Customized treatment plans allow us to help each patient explore their own personal “why” behind addictive behavior. Treatment at Legacy Healing Center begins with a thorough evaluation process in which we determine which level of care is the best starting point for you and outline a comprehensive treatment plan.  The levels of care we offer at Legacy Healing Center include:

• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – The partial hospitalization model is best suited for those in need of the most intensive support. This highly structured treatment program includes a minimum of 25 hours of clinical treatment each week, along with community housing in our beautiful residential campus.
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Our intensive outpatient program is perfect for patients who have completed PHP and are ready to move on and maintain their sobriety. With dedicated relapse prevention strategies and evidence-based therapies, we help patients continue to heal as they move through their recovery journey.
• Outpatient Program – When patients have completed IOP, they are strongly encouraged to continue with outpatient treatment, this type of continuing care is designed to assist with identifying triggers, putting coping skills to use in real life, and other vital life skills that support relapse prevention and continued growth while transitioning back home.
• Family Program – At Legacy Healing Center, we know that addiction is a disease that affects the whole family. That’s why we offer a comprehensive family program, where loved ones can get the education and guidance they need to support their loved one on the road to recovery. We offer individual, group, and family therapy, each designed to reinforce lessons and provide additional support.
