Jodi Weston, LCSW, LCADC, CCS, is the Assistant Clinical Director at Legacy Healing Center’s Parsippany rehab facility, where she guides the delivery of evidence‑based treatment for substance‑use and co‑occurring disorders.
With more than two decades of program management and hands‑on clinical experience, Jodi has served adults, adolescents, and children across the full continuum of care—outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial‑hospitalization, and private practice—giving her a comprehensive, person‑centered perspective on the recovery journey. She is known for creating a safe, trauma‑informed environment in which clients can heal and move toward lasting wellness.
Jodi earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and now holds multiple credentials, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, NASW‑certified Clinical Supervisor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Seminar in Field Instruction certification. Equally committed to professional development, she mentors Legacy’s clinical team, fostering continual learning, growth, and the highest standards of client care.
